Entry 1 - Pheidole pallidula "Yellow"
Location - Southern Europe
Status -  10 -30 eggs,no nanitics.p
Heating - unheated, relying on our hot weather/humid nights at the moment. It's about 25 in our house atm.

As you can see not much isbgoing on during the founding stage. She has a brood of eggs tucked away under her.

Think it's just the colour of the cotton Dermy. Not sure what they use to dye it with as I think food dye wood Leech out into the water chamber if it was food dye.

Yeah, it's annoying Dermy, as she had a big clutch. A slim chance she may have them hidden in the cottonwool somewhere but I doubt it sad

Probably you Phiedole Colonies grow much faster then Camponatus, I don't expect a Major until at the very least after the first year, since they don't usually produce many.

Unfortunately, I noticed ALOT of mold on the cotton the last few days! So I made the decision to move Yellow. Probably wil cause more harm than good and she probably will eat all of her brood and one Larvae she has but I feel her brood just weren't thriving as a result.
