It might snow too and I might not be able to get them out of that tight spot in time. I will wait till June 1/2015 and then try it again. Although I'm leaning more towards using a Formica colony.

I just thought of something, can I keep them inside somewhere and have the tube/exit to the outside, or will they figure a way back into the "Porch" it would work perfect since it is always warm in there.

You could but they figure a way back in. I did this with one of my Myrmica colonies a few years back. Smile
