I don't think you'll have much success in obtaining a replacement queen from them as they categorically state that they only guarantee the ants arrive alive, but not what your queens do once in your care.

Sorry, was going to reply to this yesterday Dermy but I forgot I guess as long as there's a market people will exploit it for a profit...I've seen Atta Queens for sale at nearly £300 each! P.S. I'm not saying this is right or wrong, just that people will buy them for a variety of reasons.
