Haha I think it's about 5 minutes in the fridge will slow them down but only for a minute so you'd better get food and water in there first and then throw them in.

If you can share some pics of them when they arrive and when they are in the bin I'd love to see them.

Haha At least you can get other stuff done first like making sure everything will fit in the enclosure and maybe think about how your going to get out feeders without them getting out!

Re: Cricket setup finnally

Post by SpiderSam on Tue Mar 24, 2015 5:10 pm

Yeah type too isn't so bad u don't need needles u don't even need pills just a tester and when ur too high drink a bottle of water and when ur too low eat a candy because Type 2 u still produce insulin just some times not enough or too much

Type 1 ur pancreas doesn't produce insulin PERIOD. there for u have to inject insulin to break down sugar xD hence why if ur really high and didn't take enough insulin ur urine will be sticky because that's where all the sugars go ....Believe me I had my share of sticky toilet seats because my brother 1 cant aim and 2 doesn't lift the seat xD

Did your crickets ever get there or do we need to call in the Search and Rescue Team?

They do have a small odor but honestly the fluckers criket diet (orange cubes) hide the smell a tad bit its really not that bad until u put ur nose in there

So im just doing a lousy clean up because as u can tell theres a lot of dead ones :c but they seem to like it I can hear them walking around they sound like pop rocks xD and yes these are babies 1/4"
