I haven't measured them I'd guess 8 in.

They are the largest Land Amphibian in North America.

They used to be really common around here, but now you only find a few every couple of years, it's been 6 yrs since I've seen any.

Either they are declining in population or it's because they live mainly on farmland and stuff, which is what I'm thinking.

I think they will be here for a long time to come!

I think i read they can live 12+ yrs in Captivity. Mine were little babies when i got them, likely only 3 yrs maximum.
