Yesterday whilst looking for ants, in the neighbors yard, there is no more flavus any more that I can see [they are sneaky though and probably hiding]

So far only 30-40. Will look for them soon, and when I go to my family thing. I plan to bring 4 jars, for ants and such.

This is a bit OT but that log that had my colony in it will be burned sad

Well it's a good job you got them all to move out. When do you leave for your family thing?

No they don't go anywhere anymore, do much hassle and I could lose them to the heat and I am trying to keep them undisturbed.

I don't want to have to restart my Lardarius colony again, it was a pain to get going. But a fun experience none-the-less!
